ASQF - WORKING GROUP SOFTWARE QUALITY AND TRAINING e.V.

The ASQF Safety Rhein-Main specialist group was founded at the suggestion of Vera Gebhardt in 2009 and has since been supervised by her and Marco Schuster. This was quickly followed by the Safety specialist group in Franconia under the leadership of Bernhard Sechser, and in the meantime the specialist group leaders have succeeded in expanding it to include Safety & Security.

Functional safety and IT security influence each other and must be treated at least according to the state of the art and on the basis of current legal regulations.
The often competing protection goals must be achieved and maintained across different disciplines, in different industries, for diverse products and their variants.

For this purpose, our specialist group offers the professional platform to openly address and jointly discuss topics, problems, ideas and solutions. In addition, there are valuable network contacts and the preparation and submission of technical papers at our specialist group meetings. We consistently present necessary techniques, successful development/production procedures, methods for achieving compliance regarding safety standards, recognized test procedures as well as project examples from practice, to members and participants.

We are very happy to accept topic requests and date requests for events and respond to inquiries with concrete implementation ideas.
